Couples Therapy

 

Couples work with an objective and neutral therapist to improve the quality of their relationship.  It is an important time for couples to explore ways to more effectively communicate, problem solve and understand the foundations of their relationship in an effort to promote trust and a deeper connection. Family Therapy

Clinical Supervision and Consultation

 

We believe in the importance of furthering the professional development of ourselves and in helping young professionals in mental health disciplines further theirs.  Clinical supervision and consultation allows for practitioners to meet regularly with other professionals to discuss casework and other professional issues in a supportive and structured way.  This process benefits the practitioners by helping them progress in their areas of expertise, as well as to ensure high-quality service to the clients they serve.
